I am a senior at Missouri State University studying hospitality leadership. My passion for restaurants and cooking has spanned my lifetime and has always been at the forefront of my dreams. Through working in many restaurants, including five years at YaYas Euro Bistro in Chesterfield, Missouri, I have learned the standards and details of excellent service from the kitchen to the table.
